Like A Local is about finding those cool and cozy spots that locals' like to hang out at and missing the tourist traps. We have built an awesome web and a mobile app where the travel tips are being created by well-selected local editors of each city who know what they're talking about.
Our locals are knowledgeable people that know the coolest and quirkiest places in their hometown that are rarely frequented by tourists. How much they want to contribute depends on them. We set no limits to it.
Found a place was missing that you believe completes the real local experience in your city, so you want to add it. No problem. Being mentioned as the local expert is kinda cool, you know.
Just give back to the site by writing at least 10 reviews about your own home town. Every so many reviews gets you free unlimited access to one of the cities in the mobile app.
