In translation Ceasu’ rau roughly means wrong time – I suspect it’s because once you enter, you will stay longer than anticipated.
Why you should visit it
This place is decorated amazingly, the terrace and inside are both beautiful. If possible, try to sit outside so you can observe the cooks making the dishes right on spot with a huge stove. They also have traditional Romanian music playing with occasional live performances.
