Anu has been tied to food through work and through personal life. She is one of the founders and organizers of Estonia's gastronomy award Silverspoon for 7 years already – an award that is desired by many restaurants in Estonia. Anu studied economics and food chemistry in Tallinn University of Technology and Uppsala University. Besides food her passions are travelling and many other changing activities. Her biggest fortune is colourful friends and 2 sons that make her particularly proud.
