Look out for the bright green shirted tourist information officers who wander the streets in the summertime, happy to help you with all your random and embarrassing touristy questions. Open May 15 to September 14: Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-6pm and Sept 15 to May 14: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm.

Special tip

Ask for a Like A Local map. They keep it hidden, like illegal rations in wartime. It's that special - but if you're cool enough they'll hand it over.
