Any self-respecting beer connoisseur shouldn't walk past Kaisla. It’s quite large and sprawling on the inside, with a veritable maze of tables in several rooms, but it almost always seems to be full. It’s a popular place for locals on a Friday evening after work...or a Monday...or indeed, any day!

Why you should visit it

A classic pub/beer lounge with a range of excellent beers on the menu. And approximately two choices of wine. But hey, if you want that kind of indulgent, bourgeois beverage, then you shouldn’t be showin’ yer face here with the real people of Helsinki. Nah, just kidding - they’ll humour you amiably enough.
