One long street connects the town hall and the very beginning of the centre. Most of the restaurants and cafes are looking for a perfect spot on it. The variety is great and it makes easy to find where to get locally famous Cepelinai , Spanish tapas or even a vegan cuisine.
It’s important to note that you don’t necessarily need to find a restaurant for food. Most of the pubs make food too. So if you had a great night out in a pub, you can go back there for a brunch.
Lithuania has what to offer for traditional meals, soups, salads, cakes or even coffee. It is recommended to find a place which serves traditional food and spend some time there. You also will be pleased with the prices. A dinner for 4Euros isn’t considered as cheap.
