Why locals love it
It’s projects like Artplay that are bringing certain parts of Moscow back to life. Just a few years ago the former industrial area around Kurskiy railway station wasn't the friendliest place to visit. These days Artplay fills an entire block that was once a manometer factory.

Why you should visit it
The Artplay block is home to a diverse range of places, the core being design studios, interiors showrooms, exhibition spaces, and a couple of creative schools. Visit the neighbourhood and check out the design shops.

There's a nice bookshop right by the entrance.
