Quick and affordable, the 52nd Street location is much larger than the original and offers more selection of ramen. The broth here is chicken based and so rich that it is almost opaque. The pork belly slices are torched slightly and the noodles springy.
Why you should visit it
The focus here is solely on ramen and you can tell from the depth and richness of the broth. They also have a few select amazing sides such as torched uni over rice which is worth getting as a starter. Even though this location is bigger, there will be a line so get there early.
Special tip
Veggie ramen here is 100% vegan but it's so flavorful that even the non-vegetarians will fall in love. You can always add pork belly and an egg. :)
