Passage Brady

Why locals love it

Passage Brady is one of the two covered walkways of the 10th district, the other being Passage du Prado. It was listed as an historical monument in 2002. It also features an uncovered section that extends to rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin. Here’s your chance to “visit” Bombay!

Why you should visit it

This is where you'll find a multitude of inexpensive Indian and Pakistani restaurants, and traditional shops selling strange fruits and vegetables, rice, spices, special teas, jewellery, clothes and brightly coloured suits. Inevitably, there are also several stalls selling Bollywood DVDs.

Special tip

There’s another entrance to the covered section at 46 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis. Opening hours vary for each business.
