A symbolic Parisian passage

Passage Choiseul

Why locals love it

Ideally located in the second district between rue des Petits-Champs and rue Saint-Augustin, Choiseul is the longest covered passage in Paris, spanning 190 metres in length. The entire gallery is covered in a glass roof which gives the place luminosity.

Why you should visit it

In 2012, the passage was entirely freshened up in order to refurbish the long glass roof. These renovations allowed for even more light to enter. Here you’ll find bookshops, clock makers, jewellers, art galleries and many different types of restaurants including a Korean caterer and a Japanese eatery.

Special tip

Inside you can see one of the most beautiful theatres in Paris – Théâtre des Bouffes Parisiens.
