Why locals love it?

This tower is the only restored fortification tower from the Middle Ages in Pärnu. In 1624, it was used as a prison where the dungeon floor was a horrific 6m below the ground level. Today you can visit it's garden for different exhibitions of Estonian artists or to buy designed glass souvenirs.
