While shopping might not be the first thing on your mind when visiting Pärnu, you might still want to grab some souvenirs or just need a new outfit for the night out. This is where we come in - we strongly advise you to stay away from the tourist trap souvenir shops selling you matryoshkas (those russian dolls that go inside each other) and amber, as those are far from being something that would represent our country. If we were you, we would rather have a look in one of the hidden little places, where you can find things that real people have made with their own hands. If you're extremely lucky, you might even get to make something on your own! If you're not looking for souvenirs but something casual, the Port Artur shopping centres are probably the places where to go.
