Why locals love it?

Part of the former town wall from the 17th century, it is the only gate that has been fully preserved from that era in the entire Baltics. Near the gate there is a model which represents the Pärnu fortress citadel of that time and what's left of it by today.

Why you should visit it

A legend says that anyone who has committed adultery or is thinking of divorce, can repent their sins there and restore the relationship.
You can't miss the Tallinn Gate on your way to Vallikäär.
