The church is one of the most striking buildings you'll find in Reykjavik. It's the tallest church of Iceland, roaring at 74.5 meters. It's one of the best known landmarks in the city and one of the few expressionist architecture you will see in your journey.

It is positioned dead-center and doesn't require much effort really. It's a beautiful building and one of the most grand architectures in Iceland. Probably the most photographed building in Iceland.

Visit the church tower as it offers an extraordinary view of the city. It costs, but not much (600 isk for adults, 100 isk for kids)
