Latvians are pretty obsessed with different crafts – self-made accessories, weird design inventions and so on. All of that and even more you can see and buy in Gallery "Istaba". Istaba means "Room" in latvian, and in fact, this gallery is so cozy with warm people working in it, that people come here just to feel good and have a good time.

Why you should visit it

Alongside with the amazing and really unique crafts, there’s always an actual exhibition going on. And if you’re hungry, there's a marvelous cafeteria upstairs. Only five tables, each one with it’s own character and no menu - you’ll choose your meal while having a nice chat with the chef who will cook something just for you.
