Located in the Silent Center, this really is the place where to sit down, get comfortable and just enjoy the vibe and the food. Opened all day, "Silts" has different tasty special offers as for lunch as even later and even apart that you can have a great meal made by your order for a really reasonable price.
Special tip
Look for it behind the parking lot, it might be a bit challenging to spot it at first.

The interior, indeed is very nice and pleasant. 10 stars for that! However, first time left a place sad and paying more than 10lats for leaving plates fool. We ordered chicken with 3 mushroom sauce [in Latvia, they are always delicious!] and one pasta. The chicken dish all tasted the same, as artificial mushroom spice and mushrooms were not cooked at all! As I chewed, mushroom were like sponge with cold juice inside. As for pasta - overall nice taste, but the fact, that in whipped cream based dish they add extra plain butter as topping, spoiled it completely. Try drinks?

The onion soup was good, but the girl who served me seemed incredibly bored, almost unfriendly, and barely answered when I talked to her. Perhaps I should try it again in summer, to see if the weather makes a difference :)
