A creative hub

Lanificio 159

Why locals love it

What was once a woollen mill (“Lanificio” in Italian) has been transformed into a creative factory. With three floors and huge glass walls right by the Aniene River, this is where the biggest alternative parties in town happen. Concerts and arty events are also held here.

Why you should visit it

Just imagine the setting: an industrial New York style loft with a striking terrace right by a wild river. Then add creative content: recycled furniture, international DJs playing electronic music, art exhibitions, a cinema, an arts-crafts-vintage market, a dance school, brunch, aperitifs and a chic restaurant. THIS is a real factory!

Special tip

Unfortunately it’s not easy to reach by public transport.
