The locals call this place “Levikas”, although we prefer “The Black Hole” for reasons we're reluctant to elaborate on. It's a magnet for trouble. Compelling and always unpredictable, it is perhaps the most legendary bar in Tallinn. It certainly doesn't lack character. A certain love-hate thing makes some people never want to leave the place...
Why you should visit it
Because of the cheap prices students are abundant here, but expect to meet backpackers, local musicians and university professors. What draws all these people here however, is a mystery – one that's unlikely to be solved any time soon.
