Why locals love it?

Right on the edge of the Old Town, on the Mere boulevard, you might run into a peculiarly dressed officer of the law who'll stop you in the name of fun and book you for failure to party. Scotland Yard's a bit more pricy than some other pubs, but its long, sound record of service to locals testifies it being one of Tallinn's best spots.

Their menu is designed to rehabilitate people unfamiliar with good food, and uniformed ladies patrol the floor looking for frowns or other signs of prejudice. Enjoy fine ales and intimate rock concerts by bands from both Estonia and abroad. It's rather a 25+ place.
