Did you know that Tallinn has more Irish pubs per capita than Estonia has cell phones? Ok, this may be a slight exaggeration, but the truth is that Irish pubs are plentiful here. About half of them are part of the St. Patrick's franchise. It's been around for as long as we can recall.
