This old factory complex has become the heart of all things hip. It can be considered an umbrella organisation for everything creative and innovative. In this derelict industrial park you can find anything from fringe art exhibits to fortnightly flea markets. It is not so much a place as a concept.

Why you should visit it
Skip the tacky Old Town stores and head to Telliskivi to discover little vintage boutiques, shop for natural and fair trade products, find amazing gems for your home, admire Estonian design and eat at one of the amazing cafes. You can even watch independent theatre productions and contemporary dance performances at Vaba Lava theatre.
