Eating / Cafes in Tartu

Finding a good place, where to eat, in Tartu might unexpectedly turn into quite a challenge. As a big part of Tartu's population are university students, who would rather invest their money in a beer than a meal, there aren't actually that many restaurants (ones that are worth visiting anyway).
