Why locals love it?
Many musical events took place here, so party people have good memories about that. The statue at the top of the museum is illuminated at night, so it is always nicely visible. The old meaning of this statue is that the girl in her hands holds the light for the city.
Why you should visit it
Built in 1903, this is the oldest power plant in the city. In 2003 it was turned into a museum, and not just a dusty old regular one either. The plant still has its original setup, and the exhibit covers more than energetics, featuring a thorough look on tehnocological advancement over the last 200 years.
