Torres can be found in the self declared mini artist republic of Uzupis, beautifully located on a hillside with enormous windows epically overlooking the castle and church-studded Vilnius Old Town. They offer top notch food in an upper class genuine Lithuanian environment, plus in the summer the tree lined patio is as good as it gets.

Just dont show up in a Megadeth t-shirt and grubby sneakers, unless you want to be a real bad boy like me.
