Why locals love it
During the week the Ramsgate is a nice pub right on the beach but on Friday nights it turns into a small club with a DJ. It's great for travellers on a budget as it is free entry. All of the local teenagers go on the Friday because it's a lot more relaxed and open than a city club so you can either chill out or dance.
Why you should visit it
It's so great to meet new people as it's not a big. (Half inside half outside) I'm a local to this area of Adelaide and I'm always meeting new people when I come here. It is right on the beach so you can go for a midnight walk, which is quite nice considering it can get hot inside and this area is safe at night (but still, girls, don't walk alone)
Special tip
"TFIF" as it's called closes at 2am but there's a taxi rank right outside so you can get to your hotel easy or head into the city to finish the night.
