Why locals love it
'Bbrood' has six shops in Amsterdam, but this is the most funky one. Most of their clients are people that have just missed the ferry. Very strategically placed, yes. But once you are inside and you have tried their freshly baked breads and cookies, you will probably skip a few more ferries.

Why you should visit it
With its industrial looks, it might not seem the most inviting place from the outside. But if you look around on the NDSM-Werf, you'll see it is the best disguise for a place like this. Take your order upstairs and enjoy it with a view on the 'IJ' and see all the people rushing to the ferry while you are having a break inside.
