Next to the Heineken experience, this "piadina" bar is still relatively new, but well worth a visit when in Amsterdam. Grab yourself a well deserved lunch after some beers with soft, handmade flatbreads, stonebaked and filled with a selection of Italian delicatessen meats and accompaniments.

The beauty of Amsterdam is the ability to embrace people and cultures, including (thankfully) their fantastic foods! A piadina is a thin Italian flatbread, and at the Piadina Bar they are all handmade with imported Italian flour, stonebaked and topped with some really creative toppings such as the San Daniele ham, fennel and artichoke cream.
Go for the Mortadella which is a slightly spiced cold cut of pork, served with a "pistachio pesto". It goes well with the Sardinian "Ichnusa" beer :)
