Urban art plays an important role in Amsterdam city life. During this experience we’ll explore urban art in different Amsterdam neighbourhoods.
We’ll first catch a ferry to the north side of the city, NDSM, the world’s biggest street art museum. We’ll see some cool pieces of art, such as the Anne Frank mural by the Brazilian artist Eduardo Cobra.
Next, we’ll head to the east side of the city, where one of the legal graffiti spots is located. We’ll cycle through Flevopark and look at the works of both well-known and amateur artists.
On the way back, we’ll ride along vibrant Java Street. We’ll then grab a drink at the famous Generator Hostel and, finally, head to the Student Hotel, which has some funky pieces of urban art in its surroundings.
