A great guy but not a tour guide

for Day Tour of Delft, Rotterdam or The Hague & Scheveningen by Car

We booked a day private tour. We were told by the owner that the driver who was available was an experienced tour guide. When we arrived for our tour, The driver told us he was the father in-law of the expected tour guide and was subbing for her because she was already booked. He is a genuinely a nice guy, but has no clue about giving a tour. He mentioned his daughter in-law was very experienced and had a degree in art history. However, the father in-law at times did not even know the name of the place he was driving us through, had very limited knowledge about the area and history. For the full price they charged, this is not worth it and I would not recommend it.
