The evening will begin with a few traditional pisco cocktails such as our famous pisco sour and chilcanos, we’ll drink a few to get the appetite going, of course I will teach you how to make your own while telling you a bit of the history of pisco and how the cocktails came to be.
I’ll continue with a traditional appetizer called conchitas a la parmesana (parmesan scallops) to get you in the mood for the rest of our Peruvian menu.
Next I'll show you the rest our fresh produce, cause every great dish starts by picking the right ingredients, we’ll start making our traditional Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, causa rellena and lomo saltado, here guests will get the chance to get their hands involved in the process, learning different cooking skills, techniques and tricks to get every dish perfect. I’ll share stories on how we came to improve our very own recipes as we keep sipping on cocktails throughout the evening while having a good time.
