My wife and I dined with Petra in early January. The location is not far from the city centre and has lovely views of the main shipping canal. We had a very enjoyable evening and Petra is a very engaging host, a good cook and very easy to talk to. We particularly enjoyed Petra's artworks and finding out the techniques she uses and as the evening came to a close it felt as though we had been dining with a friend. If you want a good meal with a difference then you should take the opportunity to meet with Petra.

Highlights

Amuse-bouche: Typical Dutch 'sushi' with a Heineken beer

Starter: Freshly made Dutch soup

Main course: Fresh sea bass, or chicken wrapped in pancetta with Dutch potatoes and vegetables

Dessert: Waffles with forest fruits and whipped cream

Enjoy a glass of specially selected wine with each course
