Description
Texel is the sheep island of The Netherlands, but also the island where in the 17th century the boats started for there long journey to New York and South East Asia.
That means there is a lot of history on the island. Also you will see how Dutch people take care of the rising water level. We will bike over a dike. We finish at the seaside for a drink at the beach, before we bike back to the ferry.
