Hi! You can go to ivis in ivis str is a small tapas seefood restaurant very nice and cozy. Or go to Atlantikos fish restaurant in psiri nice price and good food!!! Have a nice time and enjoy.
I recommend "Yperokeanio" https://www.tripadvisor.com.gr/Restaurant_Review-g189403-d2266260-Reviews-Yperokeanio-Piraeus_Piraeus_Region_Attica.html
Greek seafood at its best. The environment is really friendly and the service is quick! The owner-a captain and a fisherman himself- serves recipes from Greek island Kimolos which are delicious!!!!You have to make a reservation so as to find a table. Another good choice is "Margaro". There is no variety of plates in her menu but everything is super fresh!!!!! https://www.tripadvisor.com.gr/Restaurant_Review-g189403-d1045576-Reviews-Margaro-Piraeus_Piraeus_Region_Attica.html

sea food is a bit expensive even in Greece, however a great hidden place for locals is this:

Not any fancy environment, but the food is amazing!

Check out the "To paradosiako" restaurant right next to Syntagma square at Voulis 44 str. and if you want something outside from city center go to Floisvos Marina and search for the restaurant of the Sailing club of Faliro. It is a hidden place far from the other restaurants and bars at the Marina. https://www.tripadvisor.com.gr/Restaurant_Review-g3695532-d2704332-Reviews-Nautical_Club_of_Paleon_Faliro-Paleo_Faliro_Athens_Attica.html

Dear Alexandra,
An ideal place for fish eating and more, is "Skoumpri". Located at Drakou str in Koukaki neighborhood, it serves everyday in a simple and minimal atmosphere, fish treasures in a very good budget. The scenery is pleasant vivid and casual.
Address: Drakou 10str €€

Triantafyllos at 22 Lekka str. off Syntagma Square in central Athens. You won't find it in a guide book, known only by locals within a open corridor on the above mentioned address. The proprietor has been running the place for over 20 years. Offers the freshest, tastiest and lowest price sea food in Greece if not Europe! Open Monday to Friday, only for lunch! No resrvations-first come first serve.

Trintafyllos on 22 Lekka street (within the corridor) near Synagma Square in central Athens. Known by locals only, fresh and low price sea food, large variety, must try his grilled octopus. Weekdays until 6 P.M. only (not open weekends and evenings). No website. A must for tradition, taste and originality.

I think "sardelakia" is a good choice.although it's located in glyfada it's unpretentious, the seafood and the fish are fresh, big portions and decent prices..it's worth going all the way to glyfada.
