For more than 80 years now, this family run business has been serving the truth: fresh, authentic sheep yogurt with a thin crust on top, covered with golden hued honey and walnuts.
Why you should visit it
Stani is not an ordinary place. It is one of the few dairy stores left in Athens (there used to be more than 1600 in the region), and that because people always focused on the quality rather than the quantity. Visit it for the stellar sheep yogurt that can be consumed even by lactose intolerants due to "bakili", enzymes good for your health.
Special tip
One word: galaktoboureko. A mouthwatering semolina custard cream dessert with phyllo that comes straight from the oven.
