This was the only excursion we booked for Athens and it was terrific. Our guide was very knowledgeable and genuinely excited about what he was talking about. We loved not having to wait in lines or being part of a group too large to hear or ask questions. Our only complaint is that we had the last tour before the Acropolis closed to tours - and our guide did not give us enough time at the end to take photos. We had less than 10 minutes and the people in charge of the Acropolis were rushing us out so we weren't able to take any photos on our way down that we missed on our way up. I would ask that the guide either give us an opportunity to take pictures on the way up - or leave about 15 - 20 min at the end of the tour - before closing - to take pictures at the top and on the way down.

Highly recommend!
Absolutely loved this tour! We did the Acropolis afternoon group tour. Kimon was our guide and was amazing. He was engaging and was extremely knowledgeable. Tour was about 1.5 hours, which was the perfect amount of time. After the tour, he will leave you at the Acropolis to enjoy the views, and I recommend waiting for this to take pictures. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes and bottled water.

It was a fantastic tour. Our guide obviously loved what he does. He was so passionate about The Acropolis and It resonated. It was a lot of information to take in, but was very enjoyable. He spoke excellent English.
