Eat Like an Athenian Walking Tour!

Join me for a unique tasting experience in the heart of Athens! You ll have the chance to taste nutritious greek delicacies in legendary local stores and listen to fascinating facts about the different delicacies you taste and the places you visit.

We meet at a central metro station in Athens and start our tasting walking tour by having a "koulouri"(sesami bread) on the go as you hear insteresting stories about the buildings we come across and the Athenian life style. Next, we ll have a taste of plenty greek products of mother nature such as olives,olive oil, honey, cold cuts, wines, raki, and many more. As we continue our tour we ll make a stop at a historic coffee shop of Athens and have a greek coffee made in the traditional way along with "loukoumi" dessert bites. Next we ll visit a meat and dairy delicattessen shop where we ll taste their signature cold cuts along with local spirits.

During this walking tour you will also have the chance to learn interesting facts about the history of Athens and I will try to fullfil any requests you may have provided the rest of the participants are up to it!!
