Mezes (mezedes for plural) means a small plate of hot or cold dish that is served alongside other mezedes. Mezedes have a dual purpose. Firstly to complement the drink (and by drink we mean Greek spirits like ouzo, raki or tsipouro) and then to provide a reason for social gathering.
During this cooking class you will learn to cook at least 7 traditioanl Greek mezedes. We will provide you the recipes and the best local ingredients and under our directions you will learn the secrets of traditional Greek cuisine so you will be able to recreate the whole menu back home.
