Description
We will meet up at Acropolis metro station and begin our exploration of some local sites, such as the Acropolis Hill, Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Philopappou Monument and HIll, Socrates' prison, Pnyx and the Ancient Agora. (Please note, Parthenon and Museum prices are not included in the tour). There are many stores with creative arts, crafts and accessories that we may visit if you would like to purchase something local. I will share some information about this fascinating neighbourhood and help you get in touch with the local environment. We will enjoy a friendly discussion over ouzo and meze at a nearby taverna where I will be happy to respond to any questions you may have about Athens. We will finish off the activity with cocktail at one of the local hip bars in Koukaki where the locals hang out. I look forward to seeing you soon!
