Greeks claim a long history of viticulture and vinification, and with 220 local varietals, you would say the whole country is a vineyard! Get ready for 4 tastings in two of the loveliest wine bars of Athens.
We will meet at Syntagma, the sleepless heart of Athens, for our first wine tasting in an elegant wine bar, before walking down the busy streets of Athens on our way to Monastiraki sq. Here's where cultures, traditions, and religions mingle! An old church, a former mosque, the Library of Hadrian, and Acropolis in the background. We will walk along the Ancient Agora, just to reach our next and final wine spot in Thissio area.
Tours can be scheduled to begin anytime in the evening, upon availability.
