The reason why Azerbaijan is called as "Land of Fire". The temple of fire worshippers were built 5 centuries ago, but still remains all its beauties. And of course the entrance cost is very cheap. Nowadays it is very popular among the locals, due to the close location to the city centre and magnificent design.

Why you should visit it
It is one of the main symbols of Azerbaijan and capital city - Baku. Even though the temple is not in the city centre, you can easily find it. The photos taken there surely are very attractive and different. Nearby of the Ateshgah fire temple you can visit a small, but very interesting museum of the ancient handicrafts. Entrance is free.

If you want to feel yourself as a real Baku citizen, so you can get there by bus - from Narimanov metro station number 184.
