The collection and exhibits show the development of the material and spiritual culture, originals of the documents of political history and social-economic life of Azerbaijan from ancient times till nowadays.

Why you should visit it
The museum is located in the house of Taghiyev, the oil magnat lived in the early XX century. By visiting the museum you will face the conditions how the rich people of that times lived on as well. Whole museum was restored recently and includes several interactive exhibits.
Special tip
The entrance ticket costs 5 AZN for adults & 2 AZN for children. Group excursions' prices are 3 AZN per person in a group and 10 AZN for individuals.
