Qala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex
Why locals love it
The Museum is located in 20 km East of Baku. Barrows, houses and other architectural monuments belonging to 3rd-2nd millennium BC, are set as their originals in this area. A wonderful environment was created to observe the pearls of Azerbaijani history in this museum complex which has a territory of 1.2 hectares.

Why you should visit it
It is a nice place both to rest and learn. You can engage in lots of activities, such as baking bread, weaving, iron forging, etc. All conditions have been created at the Centre to ensure children’s rest, learning the local history and culture, mastering various types of old popular art, as well as holding various events. There is a cafe as well.
