Description
You can select exact place and time of meeting. Our first stop is Yashil bazaar, translated as "Green Bazaar". The name speaks for itself - all products at this bazaar is fresh and brought from all over Azerbaijan. You can find here fruits and vegetables, dry fruits, herbs and spices, fish, meat and caviar, diary, honey and many more. Here we buy ingredients for the dish we are going to cook together. Of course, you can stock up and get more for the next days' self-made catering. Our next stop will be a cozy cafe in the Old City, where we will cook vegan foods (some traditional) and definitely relish freshness and unique ambiance.
