Untouched Baku

Baku started to be the oil capital of the world from the second half of the XIX century. Oil boom transformed the small, ancient city to one of the biggest multicultural and economical center in Europe. Millionaires and billionaires made money on oil production were competing between each other with their properties, jewellers, wives (!), etc. The area which will be discovered during the tour was very popular among the 'beau monde' and due to this even today there are several amazing buildings with very beautiful exteriors, interiors and romantic as well as sometimes sad stories. By walking 3-4 kms of these untouched from reconstruction and destruction streets of Baku you will understand how people live, think and love in those times.
