This place started as a guesthouse and now they have an open kitchen outside with homemade foods both western and Thai. All the owners and staffs are very friendly and sometimes crazy (good crazy). The foods are delicious and the menu changes everyday depending on what they found in the market. They do have standard menu like burgers and Pad Thai.

It's a place that you can easily be friend with local people. Some might not speak English well but they try. I made lots of new friends when I went there both Thais and foreigners. I can't describe it more. You have to go there yourself. Every Fridays there is a couchsurfers' meeting there so it might be a good start.
