We made a total of 5 dishes. First we went to the local market and found the ingredients. Then we went to a very nice kitchen with multiple stoves and start cooking, it was great and tasted very good. A must if you like Thai food.

Description

The first class of the day is often the most vibrant and fun! You’ll start by joining your chef for a pleasant stroll around the surrounding market to grab all the essential ingredients that you’ll need to the day’s cooking. Once you have everything you need it’s back to the school to have the ingredients and process explained to you in detail while you prep the ingredients to be cooked.

When everyone is ready you make tracks to the well-equipped upstairs where you can follow the clear instructions from your friendly chef to bring the ingredients together and make some of the mouth watering dishes that Thailand is world-renown for! Follow the chef and cook up a storm that you can easily recreate when back home to amaze your friends and make your dinner parties famous!

Fantastic Cooking and Eating Experience!
Once again, we got there for the 8:30 class, and because it was the Thai New Years Festival we had a private lesson. Our teacher, Sulin (spelling?) was fantastic, very enthusiastic. She loves her job. We did 5 dishes and ate way too much. The food we made was very good and easy! We did have a bit of a water fight in the kitchen because it was the Water Festival. Superb modern, clean kitchen with efficient kitchen hand. By the way, it was a bit hard to find because it was buried in an authentic market, but it is part of a cycling sister business. Might make it easy to find. Definitely worth the effort to find. I don't know how to make the instructions better?
