Zeer is a great place to get cheap new or second hand IT hard and software, it has a good number of small shops, and a great old school electronic hardware and accessories shop is located in the back where you find everything to repair any electrical device :).
Why you should visit it
If you want you laptop repaired, get a replacement screen or a replacement battery this is the place to stop. It is located a bit outside of Bangkok City and but it gives you a great old school feeling what electronic shops used to be. You can get also get some good bargains here.
Special tip
There is great food market in the afternoon just outside Zeers. Very yummy.
