Bitacora is that kind of wonderful mix of bar and restaurant that keeps people coming back. During the day, the locals come in for coffee and food; at night, the crowd gets slightly younger, but they're still eating. And that's understandable, because Bitacora's mix of Argentinian and Spanish dishes is truly mouth-watering.
