Marmalade is the bigger sister restaurant to downtown fave Milk, which easily gets crammed. Expect much of the same - some burgers, some international classics and a nice selection of beers and drinks to keep you going on your sightseeing trip.
If the endless bacodillos and the sub-standard kebabs of Raval are finally getting you down, Marmalade might be the ticket - the service is friendly, informal and speedy, and the food very decent for the price. Plus, they also have a pool table for some post-dinner "exercise".
Burgers are a bigger focus here than at Milk, and going so far as to home-make ketchup is sign of an ambitious kitchen.
