Why locals love it
BeGood is the kind of place that's pretty much unpredictable. One week might go from fast techno through blues to reggae night. Or have a live music festival. Or whatever. At any rate, BeCool is worth watching ut for, if you want to get in touch with the local underground. They have live shows all week, and often also clubbing on weekends.
Why you should visit it
BeGood is nice for a time out away from the tourist crowds in the downtown bars and clubs, and they have reasonable prices. Combined with eclectic bookings, this is not a formula for mass success, but they do get people coming back.

Their webpage seems to have been abandoned, but the program is uploaded monthly to their Facebook-page. Check it for the current schedule.
